Wow! This place is really cool! Outside is an unassuming pawn shop where you can actually buy things if you want to. Make a reservation because they are super busy! Once you go through the side door, you get inside to a bar and restaurant that’s surprisingly big! The service here is top notch, like most places in Las Vegas, but the food here is delicious. It’s family sharing style, but everything is so well made and delicately put together. 100% recommend coming here if you’re able to get a reservation and table. Otherwise you could be waiting for 2 hours or more.

Great atmosphere, like a speakeasy. Loud, but not too loud to have decent conversation. Food is fantastic and service is wonderful as well. Can't go wrong with the tomato soup dumplings or the shrimp. How many people walk by the pawn shop without realizing what they are missing out on?

Our group of six had a fantastic experience at Beauty & Essex! The food creativity was fantastic and delicious, the ambience is unique and energetic with a touch of glam, and the service was absolutely spot on perfect. Kiana (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) and her assistant did a masterful job of meal course suggestions as well as attending to our group, always monitoring where we were with each of our shareable plates and bringing us each of our subsequent courses at the perfect time. We also have one vegan in the group and Kiana and the kitchen did an excellent job of serving each sharable plate in a way where the protein was kept separate for one portion. Extremely well done! Tomatoe Soup Dumplings, Kale and Apple Salad, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Chicken Meatballs, Deep Dish Focaccia Bites, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake were just a few of our favorites (yep, we had more LOL). The night was a huge hit with our group.

We loved everything about this place! It was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The grilled cheese and tomatoe soup dumplings are a must have. As well as the chicken meatballs and Reece cup cake. Our waitress, Veronica, as well as all of the wait staff that helped us, were all top notch. They were friendly, interactive, and we loved asking each of them what their favorite things were. We took their recommendations and it did not disappoint. We will be back with ever Vegas visit!

AMAZING!! Speakeasy vibes. Walk into a store and there's a hidden door that takes you into the dark swanky restaurant. Jeffrey delivered personable and pleasant service with appealing descriptions of the entrees - thank you!! Hard to say which was the best food item because it was all so good in different ways: * Soup spoon - luscious * Mac/Cheese - creamy and rich * Tacos - fresh * Oysters - juicy * Vesper - clean A wonderful experience!

Was very impressed with Beauty and Essex last night. I really wanted to try their grilled cheese and tomato dumplings, I have seen so many videos on tiktok about them but they were sold out. Just another reason to come here again! We got the mexican street corn ravioli, chicken meatballs, truffle mac n cheese, and the beef wellington. The street corn ravioli was good, but I feel like it’s missing some type of element. Maybe something with more crunch in it? It’s a very soft dish but still really good. The meatballs were my favorite. It comes in a creamy truffle mushroom sauce and the meatballs are nice and juicy. The truffle mac was super creamy with the perfect amount of truffle. The beef wellington was cooked to perfection. We got the In an Instant and Bubbles and Berries cocktails. The bubbles and berries doesn’t taste like much besides the sparkling wine that is added to it, the In and Instant is very refreshing and had an delicious taste. The service was well and the ambience is dim, making it an awesome place for a date.

Fabulous experience tonight. The tomato soup dumplings are a DO NOT MISS! Incredibly flavorful. We absolutely loved the lamb chops, tender and mild flavor and the polenta was rich and creamy. The kale apple salad was delicious, would order again. The Mexican street corn ravioli was the least favorite, it was okay but needed a tang like squeeze of lime. Nothing to write home about compared to everything else. Happy hour note: it is NOT bites like the website suggests, it is buy one get one free (per person) on the specialty cocktail page only, and you must get the same drink twice. Ambiance: so much more elevated in person than the photos show. It's very moody, cozy, romantic, and classy. It seems high end without the "airport" feel like a lot of places in the bigger hotels. We loved the atmosphere and it was a nice change from other places.

Beauty & Essex is a unique spot in the Cosmo. They have a 5-7pm happy hour with 10 cocktails and appetizers. I got a couple of cocktails plus the cauliflower tacos and empanadas. Great value for the Cosmo!
